Violent criminals aren’t the brightest bulbs in the box.

A Massachusetts man named Brian Walshe is suspected of killing his 39-year-old wife Ana Walshe, who is currently considered a missing person.

A simple search of Brian’s computer history showed that he had been looking up information about how to “dispose of a 115-pound woman’s body” and “how to dismember a body.”

Police also discovered surveillance video showing Brian wearing a mask and using cash to purchase “$450 of cleaning supplies, including mops, a bucket and tarps” at a local Home Depot. Police found blood in his basement along with a bloody knife.

Ana Walshe is a mother of three children who went missing on New Year’s Day. She was expected to take a rideshare from Uber to Logan International Airport in Boston.

She was planning to fly from Boston to Washington, D.C. where she works in real estate.

Her flight was initially scheduled for Tuesday, January 3rd, but she changed her flight to New Years Day due to an unknown “emergency.”

However, she never boarded a flight or showed up in D.C.

Her employer and husband both reported her missing on Wednesday, January 4th.

Police have arrested 46-year-old Brian Walshe and charged him with misleading the police investigation.

Brian failed to tell police about his trip to Home Depot for cleaning supplies, which led to a search warrant for his house.

It’s known what happened to Walshe during the four-day period between New Years Day and Wednesday, January 4th.

Nearly two dozen state troopers and three K9 teams searched the wooded areas near Walshe’s home. The search ended on Saturday after two days in the woods and they did not find anything.

According to police, Walshe hasn’t had a digital footprint for the past week.

Her phone has been turned off since New Year’s Day, authorities daid.

Law enforcement officials where seen back at her Massachusetts home on Sunday.

Her husband, Brian Walshe, was seen leaving the home in a red Volkswagen. Their three children were taken away in a separate vehicle.

Helicopter video footage revealed that authorities were draining the family pool in their backyard.

Many people commented that he appears to be smiling or smirking. One person commented, “This is not the face of a worry husband when his wife remains missing.”

“This is not the face of a worry father who is concern about his son’s safety,” the person added. “This is the face a of a person who doesn’t care about either of the people mentioned above.”

This isn’t Brain first time in trouble with the law.

Back in 2018, Brian Walshe was charged with fraud after selling two fake Andy Warhol paintings.

Andy Warhol paintings are some of the most valuable in the art world.

Some of his paintings sell for tens of millions of dollars. Even on the low end, his paintings are worth at least $10,000 at auction.

Brain admitted to the crime and pleaded guilty to several charges in 2021. He had been on home confinement pending his sentencing.
