President Donald Trump is expected to be charged with a crime for allegedly paying “hush money” in 2016.

The Democrat-run prosecution will have Trump fingerprinted, given a mugshot photo, and brought before a judge. This is expected to occur on Tuesday.

The trial judge presiding over the case is Juan Merchan, who is accused of being blatantly biased against Trump.

Judge Merchan previously presided over the case against the Trump Organization. He sentenced Trump’s former chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg to prison on Rikers Island.

We currently do not know the specific charges that are being brought against Trump. We will learn the charges when 76-year-old Trump appears before the judge on Tuesday.

Trump has always denied the allegations. Porn star Stormy Daniels claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006. He says it never happened.

Daniels tried to sell her account of what happened to the media in 2016. Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, allegedly paid her $130,000 to keep quiet.

This isn’t a crime. However, Trump is accused of reimbursing Cohen by “falsifying his business records” by saying the payment was for “legal fees.”

The politically motivated charges are more likely intended to derail Trump’s 2024 campaign. If the case moves forward, Trump could be on trial in the closing months of the upcoming presidential campaign.

Trump can still win the election. There is nothing preventing Trump from continuing his election campaign.

The trial will introduce practical concerns regarding how he manages his schedule and legal obligations.

During the presidential election in 2016, Hillary Clinton is ironically accused of committing the same crime.

Her campaign hid a payment for the Russian collusion sham by “falsifying records” and mislabeling it “legal fees.”

Clinton was never arrested, but was instead slapped with a fine.

In the 90s, former President Bill Clinton allegedly paid Paula Jones $850,000 and no one batted an eye.

For the first time in U.S. history, a former president is expected to be soon arrested on felony charges due to a “corrupt and highly political” criminal investigation in New York.

Despite the total lack of evidence, Trump says the investigation continues as a result of funding from far-left billionaire George Soros.

Trump says the case is based on “an old and fully debunked fairytale.” Trump’s lawyer will also likely argue that the five-year statute of limitations for a criminal charge has expired.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis says he will refuse any extradition request to move Trump from Florida to New York. DeSantis called the indictment “un-American” and cited “questionable circumstances.”

“The weaponization of the legal system to advance a political agenda turns the rule of law on its head,” DeSantis tweeted Thursday. “It is un-American.”

“The Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade felonies and to excuse criminal misconduct,” he continued. “Yet, now he is stretching the law to target a political opponent.”

Trump has also responded to the corrupt New York grand jury by saying, “This is Political Persecution and Election Interference at the highest level in history.”

“Never before in our Nation’s history has this been done,” Trump continued.

“The Democrats have cheated countless times over the decades, including spying on my campaign, but weaponizing our justice system to punish a political opponent, who just so happens to be a President of the United States and by far the leading Republican candidate for President, has never happened before. Ever”
