Former President Donald J. Trump’s campaign has issued a scathing press release criticizing U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan for imposing a gag order.
This will effectively ban him from making any comments “publicly targeting” the judge and “any other court personnel.”
Known as a far-left judge, former President Barack Obama appointed both Chutkan and her husband, Peter Krauthamer, to highly sought-after judgeships in Washington, DC. (Trending: Major Women’s Race Won By Two Men)

The gag order prevents Trump and his legal team from making public comments targeting Special Counsel Jack Smith, Chutkan’s staff, or any other Court personnel.
Trump’s campaign called the order an “absolute abomination” and accused President Joe Biden of muzzling his political opponent and interfering in the 2024 Presidential Election.
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and Republican U.S. Senate candidate Kari Lake also condemned the order, calling it an attack on the First Amendment.
Trump himself expressed his intention to appeal the ruling and referred to it as a “witch hunt.”
A Trump spokesman wrote, “Today’s decision is an absolute abomination and another partisan knife stuck in the heart of our Democracy by Crooked Joe Biden, who was granted the right to muzzle his political opponent, the leading candidate for the Presidency in 2024, and the most popular political leader in America, President Donald J. Trump. President Trump will continue to fight for our Constitution, the American people’s right to support him, and to keep our country free of the chains of weaponized and targeted law enforcement.”
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene said, “Today, a Democrat judge issued an order gagging President Trump, destroying the First Amendment. The judge made her courtroom the Ministry of Truth. She said the case isn’t about the court of public opinion, yet she allows the media to sit in her courtroom, the very people who craft public opinion through their headlines and stories. Public opinion matters, and President Trump isn’t even able to defend himself. This entire operation is run by Joe Biden, his political opponent, and nothing more than election interference. This is the weaponization of government! If this can happen to a former President, the only question is, who’s next?”
Trump wrote to TruthSocial, “I’ve got eight separate lawsuits going on that have been started, or strongly influenced by, the Biden Administration, for purposes of Election interference. No wonder our Country is doing so badly in EVERYTHING, and is the laughingstock of the World!”
The controversial judge has deep family ties to some of the most influential Marxists in Jamaica.
In 1962, Chutkan’s grandfather, Frank Hill, and great uncle, Ken Hill, played a key role in founding Jamaica’s Marxist group called the People’s National Party (PNP).
In recent years, Chutkan has been using her power to hand out harsh sentences to January 6 defendants. She is known for punishing Trump supporters more severely than her peers on the federal bench. (Trending: Ilhan Omar Caught In Major Lie)
During the sentencing of a January 6 defendant, Chutkan complained to the court that Trump “remains free to this day.” Many Americans are demanding that Chutkan recuse herself from the case given her obvious bias and political motivation.

As the case begins, prosecutor Jack Smith proposed a trial date of Jan. 2, 2024, which is just ahead of the Republican primary elections.
Experts say Smith is intentionally causing election interference on Biden’s behalf as Trump is the frontrunner for the Republican Party in 2024.
